Your learning data
The app has no developer account service, advertising, analytics, tracking or developer-operated server. Language selections, practice counts and learning preferences stay locally on your device. The app does not upload these to the developer.
Voice commands
Touch learning does not require microphone or speech-recognition access. Hands-free uses microphone input and Apple speech recognition to interpret English commands while the app is open. Recognized text appears temporarily on screen. The app does not save microphone recordings or transcripts as files and does not send them to the developer.
On-device recognition is the default where supported. If you enable optional Apple online recognition after the separate consent alert, microphone audio may be sent to Apple for recognition. Internet is required for that mode. Apple manages its processing under its applicable speech-service terms and privacy information; this policy does not make guarantees about Apple’s retention practices.
Subscriptions
Apple processes subscription purchases and manages billing. The app uses Apple StoreKit to check verified subscription entitlement and restore access. The developer does not receive your payment-card information through the app and does not operate a purchase-account backend.
Your choices
Switch to Touch or disable voice commands to stop microphone capture. Backgrounding or audio interruption also stops listening and playback. Switch Apple online recognition off in Voice setup options. Device Settings manages microphone and speech-recognition permission. Deleting the app removes local app data; your operating system and account settings manage device backups separately. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple’s subscription settings.
Support
The app does not ask for age, name, email, location or personal profile information. If you email support, the information you choose to include is handled through email outside the app and used to answer your request. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information or recordings.
