Include your app version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, topic, circle, language and what you expected to happen. Do not send private recordings or unnecessary personal information.

Learning and voice control

Choose Topics, then a circle. Select languages in My Language Rotation to follow the same encounter in different languages. Conversation, Words and Practice work together. Five listening-and-practice sessions before meanings are a recommendation, not a compulsory unlock.

For voice control, choose Hands-free and allow microphone and speech recognition. Confirm VOICE ON. Commands are in English. Try “Start Chinese,” “Rotate to French,” or “French, topic 14, circle 2.” Keep the app open. If a command fails, note Heard, Command and Executed. Touch remains available without microphone permission.

Voice setup options shows recognition errors and lets you choose optional Apple online recognition after a consent alert. That option requires internet. Device Settings manages microphone and speech-recognition permission.

Subscription help

All learning topics require an active annual subscription. The intended US annual price is $30; the Apple purchase screen shows the applicable local price before confirmation. Subscription purchase and availability are being prepared for the first release.

Use Restore Purchases in the app if you already subscribed with the same Apple Account. Manage or cancel renewals in Apple’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access continues for the remaining entitlement period. Apple handles payment and refund requests.
